No. Every plan includes unlimited admin users, board members, officers, security guards, and homeowner portal accounts. You only pay per registered property — never per user.

All HOAS modules are included on every tier: billing, accounting, monthly dues, advance deposits, expenses, budgeting, gate pass, amenities, announcements, concerns, file manager, water billing, construction permits, AI assistant Kiko, the homeowner portal, and the Android app. There are no feature gates between plans — only the per-property rate changes based on size.

Branded email accounts (e.g., admin@yourhoadomain.com) are ₱100 per mailbox per month. They require a custom domain — either through the HOAS Custom Domain Add-On or one your HOA already owns. Each mailbox includes inbox, sent, calendar, and contacts.

Custom domains are ₱500/month for generic TLDs (.com, .net, .org, .io) and ₱700/month for .ph domains (.ph, .com.ph, .org.ph). Both rates include domain registration, annual renewal, DNS management, and linking to your HOAS portal — homeowners visit portal.yourhoa.com instead of a generic URL.

Yes — switch any time. Annual billing kicks in at your next renewal cycle and locks the 2-months-free discount going forward. You can also switch back to monthly later.

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. We recommend starting on monthly billing for your first cycle to confirm fit. If your property count changes mid-year on an annual plan, the updated count applies at the next annual renewal — there's no mid-cycle proration (matching how monthly billing handles count changes).

Your tier and rate are recalculated automatically every invoice cycle. Cross 500 properties and you move to Professional at ₱6 each; cross 1000 and you move to Enterprise at ₱5 each. The lower per-property rate applies to all properties at that tier — not just the ones above the threshold.
